  • Today I’m at a bakery called Pont Pain in Miyawakashi, Fukuoka. Pont Pain is based on he farm to table concept and it is located in a renovated gymnasium. The bakery is focused on using local ingredients from Kyushu, to bake hand-made bread with no additives. Chef Yamamoto apprenticed in France and you can enjoy his bread that are full of originality.
